Rolling Tea Cart started in 2013 as a full-service tea party catering business and evolved into creating our delicious Afternoon Tea Boxes.

We began renting out our beautiful tea ware to customers who wanted to create an unforgettable tea party experience.

Our tea party rentals are the perfect way to add a touch of elegance and charm to any event. RENTAL PROCESS  

Step 1: Request a quote. Go to “Contact Us” to send us an email. We will check our inventory to see if your items are available for your date and get back to you within 24-48 hours with a quote.

Step 2: Get a proposal dependent on the number of items you need. Once you receive your quote you have a 2-week window to decide and accept the quote.

Step 3: You will pay your 50% non- refundable Security Deposit and Damage Deposit and agree to the Terms and Conditions to reserve your rental items.

Step 4: 2 weeks prior to your delivery, we will adjust your quote according to your head count and the remaining balance and delivery charge will be billed. ($30.00 fee to deliver and pick up within 20 miles of Shaker Heights)

Step 5: Items will be delivered to your event location with pick up within 24-48 hours.
